Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-13
Try before you pay
New subscriptions start with a 5-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing.
What happens after the trial
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and billing begins at the price shown at checkout. It then renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
First payment after the trial
You may request a full refund of your first charge within 14 days of that charge, provided you have not meaningfully used the app during that period. When you activate a paid subscription, you agree to receive immediate access to Drillab and acknowledge that, once you begin using the service, your statutory right to withdraw from that digital-content purchase no longer applies. If you have not used the app, we will refund the first payment on request within the 14-day window.
Automatic renewals
Payments for subsequent billing periods (second period onward) are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund a period you have already been billed for. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.
Discretionary and statutory refunds
We may issue a refund at our discretion in other cases (for example, a duplicate or erroneous charge). We always honour refunds required by applicable law, including the statutory consumer-protection and cancellation rights of consumers in the EU, the UK, and other eligible jurisdictions. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
How refunds are processed
Payments for Drillab are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record. Any approved refund is issued by Paddle to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider, typically 3–10 business days after approval.
